I don't think George Gillett will let Roush have as much control he had when it was just Yates, and is there any mentioning of the 96 Car who merged with Yates at the beginning of the 09 Season

I don't think he will either. Seems like I read where the 96 said they wouldn't have an alliance with Yates after this year.

Haven't heard but good for Bobby if he's landed a full time job even though we know he probably don't need the money, same can be said for Terry and the new Stavola partnership ride.

It will be good to see them still around next year, that whole family is a class act.

I'm actually thinking this will be good for both Petty, and Yates! Sadler has run quite well in a ford in this past, maybe this will be the breakthrough he needs!
Kahne started his career in a Ford in the Nationwide series, and Allmendinger I hope improves!

As long as Doug continues to make HP it should be good for the teams about to be acquired by Jack, they have suffered recently in the engine dept especially since Petty blabbed out with 11 races to go that the Gillette engine room would be shut down.

With the shops in Randleman then the shop in Mooresville and now the shops in Statesville Richard Petty should be up there with the textile mills around here in putting workers in the soup line.

George Gillette the corporate raider of Cup racing had to pay RP a ton of money to use his name and do a last minute dig for cash.

I hate it for all the guys who put their blood, sweat and heart into building those teams.

Shame is the only word for it.
