As I'm sure most wrestling fans have heard by now, Edge tore his Achilles Tendon at a house show the other day and could be out for as much as a full year. Apparently the plan is to have Jericho pick a new partner to defend the titles with. I've heard it could be Dolph Ziggler. Who do you think it will be, and who would you like it to be?

I don't care if he's a jobbler it makes sense, he did the thing where he was looking for THE partner to win the belts with, I think he should be the partner, it makes sense find me someone better

I'm thinking either Ziggler or Miz.

Yes both have title matches but still could make sense. Have then lose the title match there already in then go and team with Jericho and keep the tag titles.

Miz doesn't make a ton of sense to me, since they're on different shows and they seem to really be intent on pushing Miz as a singles guy. I keep trying to think of some big surprise, but the roster is so thin and there aren't a lot of free agents out there right now, so... I'm coming up blank. Ziggler seem the obvious choice--maybe too obvious. WWE likes to throw curveballs. Maybe they'll bring back Lance Cade.

Well see here is why I say Miz

He said someone who is truthful.

Miz was truthful about John Cena. Mainly all his fans are girls and little kids and he is being used as marketing plot or w/e he said. Also Miz was a great tag team wrestler so Jericho probably would like that right. Also the differnt show thing don't really matter since the tag titles are now tri-branded and stuff so the champs can go to all three shows. Hints why Jericho is able to be on Raw each week.

Heck if they wanna push Miz as a single star also have him win the US Title and Tag Titles. That is a major push in both tag and singles division. One that could one day shoot him to the Main Event. Me being a Miz fan would love that.

I got one the returning.......Chris Master, they have him signed I think he was supposed to come back in the ECW talent search thing, but I would bet money on him being the partner

Hmm... now that I read it over, the Miz argument is a good one. But I just can't see them putting him back in a tag team not long after breaking up him and Morrison. Masters would definitely be a surprise, but Vince seems hesitant to put belts on guys who are just returning (even Christian had to wait and "pay his dues"). And especially guys who have had past drug issues.

I got a new one, Kane. Last night on Smackdown they show'd Jericho talking to Kane, but you couldn't hear them, than Jericho asked Khali if he wanted to and Khali said he didn't want to help Jericho. I think with Kane fueding with Khali, it almost makes too much sense to happen.

I ain't sure. I mean..I was thinking Ziggler as well, but ya never know! Miz I don't think so. Even though some good arguments were made...I agree that I don't think they would bring him back as a tag team star so fast. Kane...I doubt it! He hates everyone! It seemed that Jericho might be turning face lately, so how bout Shane come back and be his partner just to get alittle bit more revenge on Legacy. idk though...just a thought though I do see a face turn coming within the next month or so.

Maybe Cody Rhodes will turn on DiBiase. After all, he turned on Bob Holly to join DiBiase... it'd be a neat swerve if he just up and turned on DiBiase as well. bears said Jericho mentioned it'd be someone who told the "truth" ... here's a wild, no-way-it'd-ever-happen theory: an R-Truth heel turn. What about Charlie Haas dressed up like Edge (does he still do the whole impersonation shtick?)

Yeah, just checked out ewrestlingnews.com. Jericho apparently Twittered that his parter was "EVIL!".
Unless he's trying to throw people off, it definitely sounds like Kane's the guy.
