Former UFC light heavyweight champion Tito Ortiz will be a cast member on the upcoming celebrity edition of “The Apprentice.“
The reality series, which debuted in 2004, was the brainchild of reality-TV kingpin Mark Burnett. The show is hosted and co-produced by business tycoon Donald Trump and consistently ranks among the top-rated programs on television.
Past seasons of the show featured approximately 16 “job applicants” from various backgrounds vying for real-world jobs within Trump’s empire. The elimination-style contest had cast members working in teams while performing a variety of business-related tasks. One cast member from the losing team was usually “fired” each week.
