MMAJunkie reports the rematch between Tito Ortiz and Rashad Evans in the UFC is likely to take place in November. The UFC 78 show takes place in Newark, New Jersey on November 17th.
Their first fight was back in July. It ended in a judge's draw due to a mid-fight point deduction against Tito Ortiz for holding onto the cage after the ref's warning.
Tito Ortiz only has one fight left on his UFC contract and is reportedly in negotiations for a new deal. Of course he's not talking with UFC President Dana White as they're back to feuding with one another. Instead, Ortiz has said he's negotiating directly with the Fertitta Brothers, who are majority owners of Zuffa Inc. (the parent company that owns the UFC).
