Robbie Lawler Signs with Elite-XC

Robbie Lawler (current ICON middleweight champion) has reportedly signed a four-fight deal with the Elite-XC organization. Lawler's career MMA record stands at 14-4. He spent some time in his early career in the UFC but left after suffering a couple of defeats (he's 4-3 in the UFC).

Lawler is now set to fight Marilo “Ninja” Rua in the main event of Elite's September 15th show.

His last three fights have been for PRIDE, IFL and ICON. He's on a three fight win streak including his most recent ICON title victory over Frank Trigg.
