Before a hearing in front of the Nevada State Athletic Commission could be had, UFC President Dana White decided to be proactive. White has stated that Babalu Sobral has been cut and he is no longer apart of the UFC group.

When asked if Sobral would ever return, White simply said, "Never say never."


If nothing else, this sets an example for fighters that bullish behavior won't be tolerated. Props to the UFC on this one.
