The health of UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar has taken a turn for the worse. Lesnar collapsed last week while in Canada and was rushed to the hospital, according to UFC president Dana White at the UFC 105 post-fight press conference.
Lesnar's UFC 106 fight against Shane Carwin was postponed to UFC 108 on October 27th after it was announced Lesnar had contracted mononucleosis. UFC President Dana White told reporters at the press conference
that the Lesnar/Carwin fight will be delayed again because Lesnar's health has not improved and the diagnosis is worse than originally reported.
"He's in a hospital up in North Dakota somewhere right now," said White. "He went to Canada and some bad stuff happened to him, so we've got to figure it out.
"He doesn't want to talk about it publicly, but he's in bad shape. He's not well and he's not going to be getting well anytime soon."
White said he promised Lesnar he would not reveal what he's suffering from, but said that Lesnar doesn't have cancer or AIDS.
