Oakland has swept the Minnesota Twins, completing it moments ago with a 8-3 win in California. The offense sparked this series, led by Frank Thomas and company. The pitching was at times dominant and it makes you wonder if they have what it takes to go to the World Series.

If the bats can stay consistant, I sure think so.

They'll have to wait a few days to see if they stay in Oakland or come to New York for the American League Championship Series.

This really bodes well for the A's. I mean, they'll most likely have several days to rest.

Not sure I'd bet against Oakland in the ALCS, regardless of who they face. They've got to be the favorite at this point, right?
