There isn't a bad game in the bunch. Hopefully, the United States bats will wake up. I have to discount our South Africa performance. So far, this tourney has gone to form, with the two teams from each pool that were expected to advance doing so. I believe we will see the US, Japan, Dominicans, and Cuba move on to the semifinals.

No doubt about it. This is where the WBC starts to pick up steam. These are some excellent, excellent match-ups.

I can't wait to see US - Japan, or the Dominicans against the Cubans. Or how about that rematch between the Japanese and the Koreans? All of them should be a lot of fun to watch!

Yep. Both the semis and the finals are single-elimination games.

Puerto Rica and South Korea are the only unbeaten teams in the Classic. I'm surprised the Koreans managed to beat the Mexicans!
