There is no rule, either long or short, for the length of hair for the Badgers team. It just looks like it. Not only are they going to the NCAA tournament with a reputation forone of the best defensive teams, they might be the cleanest cut one too.
Badgers Joe Krabbenhoft and Greg Stiemsma buzz their scalps. So do Jason Bohannon, Jon Leuer, Tanner Bronson, Kevin Gullikson, Brett Valentyn and Trevon Hughes. They all go to the same barbers, Joe Krabbenhoft and Greg Stiemsma.
Bohannon says its easy, cheap, and it makes them look faster. Redshirt freshman J.P. Gavinski has no interest because, according to Stiemsma, "He's going for the missing mudflap; the mullet look."
Brian Butch says he loves those guys but not enough to touch his hair. In addition, he has seen some of their mistakes. One time they took a chunk out of Bohannon's scalp.
Marcus Landry is another who has no interest in going to his teammates for a cut. "Would you"? he asked a reporter incredulously.
Trevon Hughes goes bald. They cant mess that up too bad.

This is a team that is balanced and united. Even in their haircuts I guess.
