With a little more than 4 minutes remaining in the first half of last Wednesday's game at Illinois, University of Wisconsin men's basketball coach Bo Ryan turned to his right and uttered a single word.
"Tim," the Badgers' coach said, summoning freshman swingman Tim Jarmusz to enter the game.
Jarmusz held his own during the 13 minutes left against the Fighting Illini. He finished with 2 rebounds, a steal, and was 0 for 1 from the field. He played a quality defense, deflecting a pair of passes, and most important, took care of the ball on offense committing no turnovers.
