To succeed at Wisconsin, players have to be smart enough to grasp the Badgers' "swing offense," and tough enough to meet the defensive demands of coach Bo Ryan. One player who appears to be doing just fine is sophomore Jason Bohannon, who had six three-pointers during Wisconsin's 68-66 win at Indiana last week.

Opponents better beware of Bohannon from here on out as he's quickly developing into one of the conference's best shooters. Bohannon has made 34 3-pointers -- one shy of the team lead held by Trevon Hughes.

In college basketball these days, that doesn't mean much. It's no guarantee he won't try to jump to the NBA at the end of the year.

Forgot about that. Seems like I remember my sister saying that the NBA likes to get their hands on the players a little earlier than the NFL does.

Yeah, heck, a lot of them just bypass college and went straight from high school to the pros. It's a whole different ballgame from football.
