| Wisconsin WR Swan out for season Madison, WI (Sports Network) - Wisconsin wide receiver Luke Swan will undergo surgery on Wednesday to repair a torn hamstring that will likely sideline him for the rest of the season. Wisconsin head coach Bret Bielema made the announcement at a Monday press conference. Swan suffered the injury late in the Badgers' loss to Illinois on Saturday. The fifth-year senior had 25 catches for 451 yards and two touchdowns this season for No. 19 Wisconsin (5-1, 2-1 Big Ten). Sports Network

| Re: Wisconsin WR Swan out for season Ouch, that's a big blow to the Badger passing game. Without Swan, it's going to be tough going for Wisconsin moving forward. Their schedule's not going to get any easier! |
