this town has completly changed the school fight song, now we here country roads more often then the fight song its funny, but annoying at the same time. Any time you goto one of the dive bars on gameday you will hear the song atleast 10 times an hour its like its on loop at the juke box

but the pride of west virgania(marchign band) plays it so well

I am a mountaineer born and raised, but live elsewhere for a while. I don't even recognize the WVU fight song anymore, why is it so changed. The tradition seems to have gone by the wayside for some hip pop imitation. Disgraceful!
