Terry Bowden interested in West Virginia job

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- West Virginia needs a coach and Terry Bowden likes the idea of making a return to coaching in his hometown. Hmm, I'm torn on Bowden. He did well at Auburn, but he's just been away from the game for so long. Not sure he's a good fit at WVU.

He had an undefeated year at Auburn with players who were in place when he took the job. He does not recruit well.

Then he needs to go prove himself at Podunk U.

The guy's nuts if he thinks he can waltz back in and take a job like Michigan or WVU right off the bat.
