Coach Rod's insprational rallying cry this year was "Hold The Rope". He explained that it meant everyone on the team must hold the rope for one another. Never let one another down, be there, be dependable, hold tight for your teammates. 3 weeks before WVU's BCS game old coach rod is THE ONE who eagerly lets go of "the rope". Abandons the State, School, Team and Fans. God bless our beloved State, our University and our Team. WE will not let go of the rope but it is hard when you are left holding "the bag" in the other hand.

Awful disappointing the way in which he left. Whoever they get to replace him, I sure hope he want to stick around for the long haul.
