West Virginia vs. Mississippi State

The (5-1) West Virginia Mountaineers welcome (4-3) Mississippi State to town on Saturday afernoon. The Bulldogs have not beaten a ranked team this year and just lost to Tennessee. The Mountaineers are coming off a bye week so they should be well prepared for this game.

Pat White should be healthy and ready to dominate the game. Right?

Re: West Virginia vs. Mississippi State

This will be an interesting game. I'd love to be able to say WVU will cruise here but, quite frankly, MSU scares me here. They're better than their record and I fully expect them to play the Mountaineers double-tough. Hopefully West Virginia can win this one, but it's definitely an upset-alert kind of game.

ya ive kinda seen this game as a trap game, they saw us last year so im sure they learned some and now they got a better squad i still think wvu wins but its not an easy one like last year

Congrats to ya "Lefty Noob"in West Virginia's win today. I know you are the West Virginia fan.
I have strangely pulled for all the Big East teams but never imagined how different this season would be.

Better take advantage of White and Slaton this year.
I have witnessed one QB(Dave Ragone) at Louisville who might have had a good NFL career get shell shocked by coming back his Sr. year with bad players surrounding him.
Now Brohm's stock might be lowering even though he is a good QB.

I hate to see it happen to good talent and they come back for loyalty and they loose the rewards of their hard work.

ya but were i think wvu is rich in talent its def in their youth. Jock Sanders Wes Lyons, Noel Devine, they just had a great defensive recruting class last year, i think this team only gets better even when slaton leaves, Terrence Kearns and Noel Devine will make a good combo

I agree - WVU's going to be okay, even after White and Slaton are gone. Coach Rod's done a great job of recruiting.
