Good news coming out of Mountaineers spring practice. According to CSTV U-Wire, "Some poor weather shortened the West Virginia University football team's scrimmage Thursday afternoon, but it did not hold back Pat White's throwing arm... The Heisman-hopeful quarterback from Daphne, Ala., who has dazzled so many with his legs, hit several passes over 20 yards, including a 50-yard strike to senior wideout Darius Reynaud."

Sounds like White's in good form. How do you guys like his Heisman chances in 2007?

this team will go as far as pat white takes him slaton is a great running back, but i feel this team goes no where without pat white. From reading the DA(wvu school paper) it seems coach rod is spending tremondous time with the wr's and running their routes, i think he will be more commited to throwing the ball as long as the wr's can catch it. if not its back to the gorund
