Mervin, I hate to disappoint you, but it was just reported on ESPN Radio that RR will be remaining at WVU. Apparently this was announced by WBOY TV about 20 or 30 minutes ago, and ESPN just announced that Mal Moore (is that his name?) at Alabama has just confirmed it.

No, I've got that same fantasyland espn, mervinout

It's just conflicting reports and the different media oulets are saying different things. ESPN has about a dozen different outlets and they don't all say the same thing at the same time. ESPN Radio is saying one thing, the website has another, the various ESPN TV networks may be saying totally different stuff.

Can't blame a guy for trying to get more money. But still, if he had went to Alabama, I would have looked oddly at the guy after he went and told everyone he was staying at WVU.

i got feeling this will happen again in the next two years. he did it two years ago with nebraska the more his power grows the more he will do this to command more money from wvu

Coach Rod is staying right where he belongs. I am glad they finally told us. I was getting so tired of waiting for the big news. After I heard that Slaton and Mozes were both quoted as saying that Rod say he was staying I felt a little better. I didn't think he would lie to those kids. That would be low!!
