| Syracuse @ West Virginia So the West Virginia Mountaineers are 5-0 on the season, fresh off a 42-14 victory over Mississippi State. And their coach is not happy. Granted, you can't blame Rodriguez - the team made way too many mental mistakes this past weekend. Syracuse isn't a great team - just 3-3 on the season - but they'll sure be able to take better advantage of such errors than MSU did. So does WVU have anything to worry about here? Don't forget to post your predictions for this game as our $300 Ticket Contest continues!

| Re: Syracuse @ West Virginia West Virginia is not going to lose this game at home to Syracuse. Just not going to happen. West Virginia will be on a mission after being jumped over in the polls again this past week. West Virginia 48 Syracuse 9 |

| Re: Syracuse @ West Virginia people people, dub v's defense last year was horrible they just had a lot of ballhawks with experience, its the same **** that annoys me all year, they bend but dont break. It'll annoy me, and Im also sure Pat White wont have these huge breaks against the card so they still have the offense to eat alot of clock with the gorund game they got. People just noticed the defense sucks this year cause its their first national coverage but they usually always give up 10 15 yard pass plays over the middle. So will see, but this offense can keep the defense in any game |

| Re: Syracuse @ West Virginia The WVU D has never been good and this year is no different. The only difference this season is that the offense can consistenly put 42+ pts on the board. The offense is as good as any in the country and the defense is the same as always...crap. How many times can a team blow coverage, miss tackles, etc. It's about time they learn to wrap players up and stay with their man. WVU will beat Louisville, but it's going to be one hell of a shootout. WVU: 40 Louisville: 35

| Re: Syracuse @ West Virginia Big win for WVU today, 41-17. Slaton ran for 163 yards and a touchdown in the school's Big East opener, but the real eye opener was the record-shattering performance of Mountaineers QB Pat White. What a game he had! |
