Washington Wizards eliminated

The Washington Wizards lost Game 6 to the Cleveland Cavaliers yesterday, 105-88, and have been eliminated from the NBA playoffs.
So what's next for this team? The Cavs have gotten the better of them three years in a row. What do they have to do to get over that hump?
