The Washington Redskins got a break in the injury department. They wont have to swing for a trade for a high end veteran CB after they traded for DE Jason Taylor.
CB Fred Smoot was the third player hurt on the first day of Redskins training camp and was the only one not lost for the year. He will be out for less than a week with a sprained ankle.
DE Phillips Daniels tore his ACL and DE Alex Buzbee popped an Achilles tendon.
