| Redskins release WR Lloyd Wide receiver Brandon Lloyd has been released by the Washington Redskins, ending his disappointing tenure with the team. Lloyd caught only 25 passes with no touchdowns in two seasons with the Redskins. His totals were two catches for 14 yards last season, when he broke his collarbone in November. Lloyd already had fallen out of favor with the team because of his work ethic and lack of productivity. Redskins release WR Brandon Lloyd - USATODAY.com

| Re: Redskins release WR Lloyd Well having one of those awful goose eggs in the TD's column is just gut-renching,and for a WR it hurts even more!Like he needed to clean up his attitude and maybe actually learn to run the ball into the end-zone!But take it from me the collarbone is one bone you don't want to break(2 friends broke it and basically milked it!)14 yards in 2 seasons is just plain awful, like its average 7 yards per season!Tom Brady could run more than 14 yards in one season, and he's a QB! Bye Bye Lloyd See Ya Next Year With A Cleanr Attitude (yeah right!) |
