Washington can't seem to decide if they want this kid returning kicks for them or not. He started the season as the kick returner, then was cut after a week 1 fumble, then re-signed. He even took one back for a score against the Cardinals. So now they've cut him again. How long before he's re-signed again? Or are the Redskins finally going to fill the KR slot with someone else?
