It has come to our attention that you have maligned the good name of Cowboys. The Old West Men that you spoke of rode horses, but herded cattle. Rustlers rustled cattle.
Also, the Native Americans were more bronzed, not RED.

In regard to your question, NO. It is demeaning to associate the Native Americans with those silly little mascots. You may use a headdress, shield, or even a tepee, but nothing more personal.

What if I use it on a more...uhm...latin looking person...so I can appeal to multiple demographics...in fact, I can even make it a girl logo...to appeal to female fans?...No?...does it have to be a "pale" face?...and if so, must it have freckles? or is that optional?...

You must understand that we are here to protect the rights of the minorities. Thus no Latinos. The majority is on their own.
And defintely no freckles. The FPOA (Freckled People of America) are tired of being an article of ridicule.
Definitely no female logos. At this time we must inform you that it has come to our attention that your organization is at this time restricting the rights of females. Something about a glass ceiling. The administration may want to take another look at that policy.
