Redskins LB McIntosh has torn ACL, MCL
Redskins WLB Rocky McIntosh suffered a torn ACL and MCL in the team's Week 15 win. He'll be placed on injured reserve, ending his season.
This is the same injury suffered by CB Carlos Rogers, and requires a 9-12 month rehab period. But since McIntosh's happened nearly two months later, he's in a lot worse shape and may not be ready for Week 1 in 2008. McIntosh showed a ton of potential this season, but his history of knee troubles and multiple past surgeries will make him a risky IDP pick in 2008.
