I Saw Joe Gibbs Cry

i could swear near the end of the game yesterday i saw Redskins Coach Joe Gibbs cry ........ i dont mean his eyes were a little wet, or he had allergies ....... i mean full on i just got a spanking from my daddy type crying

you would really think the Pats would just learn from this and let someone win for a change ........ think of the other teams feelings

I'm all for not wasting time, but there's no reason New England was passing on 4th down and running up the score like that.

It's bound to be served right back eventually.

I'm just glad that at 45-0 they were comfortable enough to take out Brady. Washington could have come back with 10 minutes to go!

OK now .... This is the post I've been waiting for. When the cycle turns against the Pat's, and it will someday, will you cry like a red headed step child when someone runs the score up on New England ?

I'm not being cynical or sarcastic because I know at some point in the future it'll actually happen. I just want to make sure that everyone that is "commenting" now does the same when the role is reversed.

Re: I Saw Joe Gibbs Cry

Isn't this the third game in a row they have gone for it on 4th down, with BIG leads??

Come on now, let's see some objectivity.

I would say it's wrong for ANY team to do what they have been doing. I criticize my own team for running up the score.

I've never had an issue with the Pats. They have always seemed to be a class A team. Why are they having a change of heart this season? Maybe they are just having fun with the new WR's. Maybe I just don't pay that much attention to them until the playoffs, since this is an NFC town. I dunno.

Forget running up the score on them. One day, a pissed off DL or LB is going to gladly take a penalty and put Brady out of commission.

Belicek is a classless puke.

Re: I Saw Joe Gibbs Cry

These are the facts. Someday soon someone will cheap shot Brady. It's amazing he doesn't have enough pull with his coach and organization to knock off this nonsense. This leads me to beleive that when he says he doesn't care about all the individual records, he is full of it.
