I am a proponent of drafting a QB in the later rounds probably every other year. Though for every Brady, Green and Romothere are those who never had a chance, it seems like a small investment to see if there is an individual who can develope. It sounds like Palmer has all the tools. It will be interesting if he can pick up the professional game.
