Jason Campbell has played pretty well for Washington, but Jeff Garcia of the Eagles was lights-out against Carolina on Monday Night, throwing for over 300 yards and 3 touchdowns. Which quarterback will be the one leading their team to victory in Week 14?

Teams with quarterbacks in their first season haven't been too kind to the Eagles this season. Tampa Bay beat the Eagles, 23-21 with rookie Bruce Gradkowski at controls. Teneessee applied a 31-13 win with Vince Young, the No. 3 overall pick in the 2006 draft, directing the offense.
