Shockingly, Paul Lo Duca has been named in the Mitchell Report. I don't know what for, but he's in there.

He's also been accused of being a "connection" between Radomski and other players, the most notable being Gagne.

Lo Duca wouldn't strike you as a guy who was ever on steroids. But it's true, you can never tell who is on them.
