Well it's finally happened. The face of the Montreal/Washington franchise is gone. 2B Jose Vidro has been traded to the Seattle Mariners for OF Chris Snelling and RHP Emiliano Fruto. Fox Sports says to expect Vidro to be Seattle's DH next season as his legs are far from what they use to be.

Wow, seems like it wasn't too long ago that Vidro was an All-Star second baseman. Has he really fallen that far, that fast?

I never really liked him, and that's hard to find. I support all players but some of them just tick me off.

Would you believe that little slugger went into a slump down the stretch during my most important games in fantasy baseball, a few years back?

LOL Marc...not a bad reason to hate a guy. But I disliked him as a player because he always seemed to hit the Mets.

His injuries just took away a lot of what made him one of the best 2B in the NL.

As for the Nats...boy are they going to be bad in 07 or what?
