Frank Robinson's Final Games in Washington

Earlier in the week, it was reported Frank Robinson will not return as manager of the Nationals in 2007. After another last-place finish, the Nationals will look to a new direction (and pray they can keep Soriano).

As the link at Baseball Musings says, I too hope Robinson stays involved in the game in some fashion. He should return to the Commissioner's office and have a job there because is still one of the better baseball minds out there.

Re: Frank Robinson's Final Games in Washington

Now, with Robinson stepping down, the obvious question is - who manages the Nationals in 2007?

Would Dusty Baker be interested?

Cool Re: Frank Robinson's Final Games in Washington

Lee Mazilli would be a good hire for any team.
