Nicklas Backstrom
So this kid Nicklas Backstrom, the Capitals top pick, isn't playing for the team this year, but I was just reading today where he's pretty much dominating the best pro league Sweden has to offer. The Washington Post is reporting that the team expects to sign the center "soon after the negotiating period begins in March." This kid and Ovechkin on the same team... sounds like they could be something special. What do you think?
