| Re: Tech falls to Duke in three games BLACKSBURG, Va. - Although the Hokies held an early lead in all three games, the Duke volleyball team strung together late runs to be lifted over Virginia Tech, 3-0, in Cassell Coliseum Friday evening, by scores of 30-28, 30-23, 30-22. The Hokies fall to 15-13 on the season and 9-10 in ACC contests. The Blue Devils improve to 25-3 overall and 18-1 in conference matches. Can't say I have followed Volleyball since Flo Hyman days of the late 70's early 80's...but the Devils look good. |

| Re: Tech falls to Duke in three games Maybe they could get some of the volleyball team to play football, then, just maybe then, they might win a football game. They are the shame of the ACC, so much for strngth of schedule. I live in Virginia Beach, volleyball is played by bikini clad girls at the beach, not some college autitorium.
