| Virginia coach Debbie Ryan Virginia coach Debbie Ryan has been inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame. Ryan, a pancreatic cancer survivor, has won 675 games and taken her team to 22 NCAA Tournaments in her 31 years at the school. "It's really taught me to smell the roses," she told reporters on June 14. "It really makes this weekend special. I'm not just happy to be here; I'm happy to be anywhere."
