Linebacker Jonathan Goff wore a T-shirt with a picture of George Jefferson — from the 1970s sitcom The Jeffersons — to the postgame news conference after Vanderbilt's 31-17 win over Ole Miss on Saturday night.

But it's Earl Bennett who's movin' on up.

The junior receiver caught 11 passes for 100 yards, marking the ninth time he's had 10 or more receptions in a game and the ninth time he's recorded triple-digit receiving yardage.

Bennett has 189 career receptions, moving him to seventh place on the Southeastern Conference all-time list and second in the Vanderbilt record book. He also has 2,397 career receiving yards, the 17th-best total in SEC history. He remains third on the Commodore all-time receiving yardage list.
