Cowan re-signs

this from nhl.com:
The Vancouver Canucks signed forward Jeff Cowan to a two-year contract extension Thursday. The 30-year-old right winger played 42 games for the Canucks last season after being claimed off waivers from the Kings. He had seven goals, three assists and 93 penalty minutes with Vancouver.
The Toronto native added two more goals during 10 playoff games, including the overtime winner in Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinal series against the Ducks.
In seven NHL seasons, the 6-foot-2, 205-pound Cowan has played for Calgary, Atlanta and Los Angeles. In 367 career games he has 47 goals and 33 assists.

I was impressed with him during the post season - glad to see they kept him.
