Gossip is that naslund and bertuzzi are alienating themselves from their teammates as the team goes down. they aren't going to functions, want rooms separate and on different floors from teammates in hotels. bertuzzi even sits as far away from his teammates on the bench so he doesn't have to talk to them.
Both players say it's crap, or the quoteable bertuzzi does, anyway.
"That's a crock of s***," he's stated.
Still, apparently both him and his Swedish captain have gone pointless in the last 5 games up to last night.
This is disheartening. There's always been a definite hostility re Toronto-vs Vancouver in canada (vancouver always feels slighted). But I always root for the canucks. Sounds a bit like the whole Corson-Tucker crap that happened here years ago, that saw Corson walk out during the season.

As a matter of fact, Linden is in Vancouver...he is a shadow of his formal self...he has 6 goals and 7 assists in 68 games....so it only appears likehe is retired.
