| UCLA QB Ben Olson Head football coach Karl Dorrell has named Ben Olson the starting quarterback for the 2007 football season. Dorrell made the announcement on Thursday evening at the conclusion of practice. "We decided to go ahead and make a decision on the quarterback and we're going to name Ben Olson the starter," said Dorrell. "So he'll start the scrimmage. I talked to both parties. We feel that it was a good time to do it. We found out all the information we needed. Like I said before, we're really fortunate to have two caliber of guys in our program that we can play with. "Ben is more consistent and threw for a higher percentage and was a little more productive and that was the difference in how things worked." | Re: UCLA QB Ben Olson So Olson's the guy, eh, Bruins fans? He was the starter last year too before suffering a knee injury, completing 79 of 124 passes for 822 yards with five touchdowns and five interceptions. Scouting report on Olsen says he has good size, a good arm, can move around a lot and is a good leader. So do you agree with Dorrell that he's in fact the right guy for the job?
