| Bruins Huskies Game This is the 122nd meeting between UCLA and Washington with the Bruins leading the series 88-33, including winning 32 of the last 42 games. Washington swept the season series (first time since 1987) last year, snapping a 19-game losing streak in Pauley Pavilion in the process. The Huskies posted a 69-65 victory in Los Angeles on Jan. 14, 2006 and a 70-67 win in Seattle on Feb. 11, 2006. Earlier in the season, the Bruins routed the Huskies 96-74 on New Year's Eve behind Arron Afflalo's 27 points. Bruin head coach Ben Howland is 4-4 against Washington while UW head coach Lorenzo Romar is 4-6 versus UCLA. Romar served four seasons as an assistant coach on Jim Harrick's UCLA staff from 1993-96. Additionally, UW assistant coach Cameron Dollar was a four-year (1994-97) letterman and two-year starter at UCLA, winning a national title in 1995 and three Pacific-10 Conference championships (1995, 1996 and 1997). Dollar still ranks third on the UCLA career charts in steals (214) and eighth in assists (451). | Re: Bruins Huskies Game Ouch, tough loss for UCLA, 61-51. Jon Brockman scored 20 points and added 13 boards in the Huskies win. "They outphysicaled us. They outplayed us in every aspect of the game and it's embarrassing," UCLA's Arron Afflalo told reporters after the game. Can they rebound for the NCAA tourney?
