This is truly the game of the week in the PAC 10 with UCLA and Stanford undefeated in the PAC 10. Somebody has to lose and will come down to coaching in this game. Lets flip a coin as both teams have played well so far to start the season. Advantage: Stanford being at home and relatively healthy. If UCLA had their starting QB Prinze in play here I would pick them. Should be great game regardless!

Stanford finally takes down UCLA, keeps share of Pac-10 lead



STANFORD, Calif. -- Toby Gerhart ran for three touchdowns, quarterback Andrew Luck passed for 198 yards and Stanford snapped a five-game losing streak to UCLA with a 24-16 victory Saturday to keep its hold on first place in the Pac-10 and spoil the Bruins' conference opener.

Gerhart had TD runs of 5, 10 and 1 yards and also caught two passes for 24 yards to lead the Cardinal to their first win in the rivalry since 2003. Luck, a redshirt freshman, completed 14 of his first 17 passes before incompletions on his final three attempts.
