The Knights' four-game winning streak ended

DALLAS - The biggest letdown in this game was UCF's inability to put away a struggling SMU team Saturday.

The Knights' four-game winning streak ended with a 69-67 overtime loss to a Mustang team previously winless in Conference USA play.

Jermaine Taylor hit a clutch 3-pointer to force overtime, then the Knights erased a five-point deficit in OT to set up a dramatic finish. It wasn't enough.
