Q&A With Josh Sitton

There is always a lot of excitement with a new season and add to that the fact that this is your senior year and you'll be playing home games on-campus. How good do you feel at this point with the season right around the corner?
"I feel great. This team is coming out and working hard. I am excited for this season and to get camp going even more. I just can't wait to get this season started and see what we can do this year."

When you come off the field and get some time to rest, what are you thinking about the most?
"I think about that stadium going up. But, to tell you the truth, I think about NC State first of all because it's our first game and that's always exciting. I'm just ready to get on the field and play ball, I don't care where it is. It's just going to be fun to get back out there. We've had a long, hard off-season. We've all gotten better and we are all ready to go out and face the Wolfpack."

When you look back on your UCF career, what are some of your favorite moments?
"Probably, winning the Marshall game (in 2005). That was definitely exciting. We just went so long without winning and finally we got it together. For that to happen and for all of the fans to be on the field was exciting. All of us kind of ran on the field, shook a few hands and went down to the student section. We were watching people fall out of the stadium and just run around. It was awesome just watching all of these crazy people jump onto the field. That was a lot of fun. But most of all, the whole fact that at the end of the season we could say that we turned it around and won eight games. We should have won the last two, but being able to host the championship game and then go to Hawaii, those games are definitely up there."
