Leafs get F Mayers
The Leafs acquired forward Jamal Mayers from the St. Louis Blues in exchange for the 70th overall pick in the draft.The Leafs also have the third-round draft pick from the Panthers (we gave away Chad Kilger for that).
Mayers had 12 goals, 15 assists and 91 penalty minutes in 80 games with the St. Louis last season. Overall he has 51 goals, 58 assists and 576 penalty minutes in 435 games.
