It's funny, the discussion about Toronto having the video judges cheat in favour of us and at the same time, maurice is fending off accusations that Toronto is tanking it on purpose so we get a good draft pick.
Whatever the story - and I will say toronto isn't cheating either way - we lost to a team we had to show we could beat last night, we gave up 4 power play goals and we are dead last in the eastern conference.

Funny how accusations like that can come about. They were saying the same thing about the Boston Celtics last year in the NBA - that they were losing on purpose. What athlete goes out there and tries to lose? What athlete doesn't go out there and give it his best effort every time he laces them up? If there are any, I sure wouldn't want them on my team. Coaches, too. I can't imagine any coach organizing the lineup in such a way that his team would lose, or telling his guys to tank it. Stupid, stupid accusations.
