Lovely goals. Kilger's was pretty. Ovechkin's was nice. Sundin's final minute winner was nicer.
Some sloppy hockey from both teams. Toskala was inspiring.
We lost Pony due to a nasty hit from Steve Eminger against the boards - Emminger should have been kicked out of the game rather than just getting a 2 minute penalty. It was a hit after the play was done.
Pony's nursing a shoulder injury now, and was bleeding from a mouth injury as well.
Caps coach Boudreau says the leafs come out in spurts - which i guess means spurts of greatness. good enough.
