What the reality is, is - Toronto will miss the playoffs three times in a row and this has never happened.

We stink. Clemmensen was in net and malkin achieved his first hattrick and there were 3 goals scored in 48 seconds early in the third - from kennedy, then Malkin, then Sykora.
It's a stinker and it's not just Clemmensen - although help us powers that be with our lack of a decent netminder - it's just the team as a whole.
Sundin and Blake scored.
Tucker and Bell fought.
we lost badly.
