Blink twice, read it again, yes- the leafs were the better team last night.
I had to go to a "thing" last night so I - I hate saying this - missed the game. I was thinking, Oh it will be painful to watch anyway and instead, in the highlights I managed to see, the Leafs were capable and great. McCabe and Kaberle both had assists and played a hugely great defensive game. Tucker (nice goal), Sundin, and Tlusty scored.
They made the Sens look like a struggling offensive team and Toskala gets his first shutout as a Leaf. 24 shots on the Fin and 18 on gerber.
Tastes real good (our record against the Sens is 2-15-2-2 - yeah, yuck.
I so wish i was there.

Is there truly no end to your suffering? They finally play well and you miss it?...that sucks...sorry to hear that.
