...to say all the right things - to thank Tannenbaum, ferguson, Dryden, Watters Acton, ley, Stavro (who just passed away). To say toronto is the greatest hockey city. To salute Sundin, Kaberle, Domi. To tell us all that he is still passionate about coaching - ie we'll see him behind the bench soon somewhere else, i'm sure.
He says the fans in Toronto are knowledgeable and passionate, the media are overzealous but stimulating.
Think now he's earned the right to be left alone by "overzealous" reporters.

Aki Berg's gone, too - signed a contract with a Finnish team. That good-bye wasn't so painful.
It's all starting - the clean up and then the build-up toward next season (hey we got a head start).
