| Aubin signs one year contract with leafs
It's an extension, worth $525,000 . This is a one way contract (he had a two way before, $500,000 in big leagues, $75,000 in minors) so now he gets the good money no matter where he plays.
Leafs pay Tellqvist $585,000 for next year. Belfour is expected to be bought out.
So Aubin? tellqvist? someone else? Glenn healey on TSN seems to swing the way of, they're signing Aubin to cover their a** and will get a big timer once the season ends (Gerber, Raycroft, Cujo). |
